Elizabethton Electric will be changing payment portals in January of 2023. Customers that have set up auto pay thru the existing portal will need to go to our new customer portal https://eesonline.utilitynexus.com or download our app Elizabethton Electric System and create a new account and set up auto pay. Please, don’t forget to login to your current account, and disable auto pay, or your bill may be drafted twice! You will need your account number to set up your account.
The new portal and app allow customers to make payments, set up auto pay, view bill summary, statement history, payments, and usage summary in a graph by cost or usage broken down by day, month, or interval. We apologize for any inconvenience.
