The OSHA web
site will give access to all its regulations, but you have to hunt
them. The link below will allow you to directly search for standards
on any subject (i.e. Confined Space or Personal Protective Equipment).

Standards for Construction and General Industry (searchable)
To access EPA
and/or DOT Regulations, use the
Government Printing Office (GPO) WAIS servers. You can also use
this method to view OSHA regulations.
You must view the files in one of the
following file formats: ASCII (Text) or Portable Document Format
(PDF). ASCII takes up more Kb. To view PDF files you must have Adobe
Acrobat Reader. It is a free download. If you want to download it
now click the link below.
To search for any specific regulation use the
Code of Federal
Regulations search engine. It will return searches on key words
or you can type a particular CFR in quotes to see the full text of
the regulation. The search returns will have icons for 'text', 'pdf',
and 'summary'. Choose the best one for you.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has test
data on vehicles and other statistics. Their site is searchable
