Another Convenient Way To Pay Your Electric Bills

Electric wants to make your bill payments as quick and convenient as
possible. This electronic payment service is FREE to all of our
customers. Your checking or savings account at any bank or savings and loan, qualifies you to participate in AUTO DRAFT.
You will still receive your regular bill as before. But instead of
writing a check and then mailing it or carrying it to our office, you
can forget about it!. Your bill will be automatically deducted from
your bank account within 3 days of your due date. Your bank statement
will reflect the draft just as if you had written a check or made a
withdrawal; with no lines to stand in, no checks to write, no stamps to
buy, and best of all, no time spent!
If you are interested in this time and trouble saving program you must
first fill out and sign an agreement form and provide us with account
information from your banking institution. Just choose one of the three
options listed below:

You can now print the form from this website. You will need Adobe
Acrobat Reader to view and print the form. If you do not have the
free Acrobat Reader, we have included a link to Adobe's download site
so you can download the Reader. Once you print the form, follow
the instructions printed on the form, attach a deposit slip, and
mail it to us at the address
listed in Option 3, below. To continue with this option, click HERE.
- Come
down to our office on US 19E at Hatcher Lane (beside State Line
Drive-In). You will fill out a short authorization form. You
should bring a deposit slip, or voided blank check, or bank statement
with you. These contain the necessary routing and account
information from your banking institution. Then, the next billing
cycle, your account will be drafted.
- Call
(423)542-1100. Tell us you want to get signed up on Auto Draft,
and we'll send you a form in the mail. Fill it out, include a
deposit slip or something with your account number and bank routing
number on it, and mail it to:
